陕西西安读者毛先生近日受访时告诉记者，他陪坐着轮椅的母亲乘坐地铁时发现，3号线务庄站所有闸机都无法推行轮椅出站；在青龙寺站换乘，普通乘客只需走十几个台阶，无障碍通道却需先出站，过一个红绿灯，再从另一个入口进站。他在人民网“领导留言板”反映这些问题后，西安轨道交通集团有限公司解释：务庄站的问题需要更换闸机才能解决，青龙寺站则属于最初设计有缺陷导致，很难改变，只能靠工作人员提供现场帮扶。
